Bulk & Gifting

Team gifts & group orders

Choose gear for the people using it.

Planning onboarding gifts, an offsite or a developer event? Start with the recipient, the budget and the job each item should do. Send a short brief so product availability, setup requirements and delivery options can be checked for your order.

Discuss a team order

Three useful starting points

Small gifts

A personal detail

Compare Pixel Charm and Keycap Fidget for a decorative or tactile gift. Choose around bag use, desk space and sound preferences. These are accessories, not programmable computer inputs.

Repeated actions

A specific desk tool

Consider KM16 Macropad, EM Mini Pad or Pedal Three when recipients have a known shortcut or navigation task. Confirm the configuration method and computer environment before ordering for a team.

Voice & visible status

A workflow to configure

Whisper Key needs a compatible transcription workflow. Status Light needs a verified software integration to represent work events. Include the software and setup owner in the brief.

Use the desk-gear buying guide to compare more product roles before choosing a mix.

Send a short order brief

Rough estimates are enough to start a conversation. Include these details in the contact form:

Occasion and recipients
For example: new-hire onboarding, a team thank-you, conference giveaways or customer gifts. Mention any relevant workspace preferences.
Products and quantity
Name the items you are considering and the approximate quantity of each. If undecided, describe the intended use.
Budget
Give a per-person or total budget, and say whether it needs to include shipping and tax.
Destination and timing
List destination countries and whether you prefer one delivery point or multiple addresses. Share the date you are working toward; delivery feasibility needs confirmation.
Setup environment
For functional hardware, mention operating systems, relevant software and who will configure the devices. Decorative accessories do not need that software setup.
Optional presentation requests
Describe any packaging, gift-note or personalisation idea you would like assessed. Availability, minimum quantities, samples, cost and lead time must be confirmed for the specific request.

Country and address count are enough for an initial discussion. Keep individual recipients' home addresses and private account details out of the first brief.

What needs a confirmed quote?

Quantity availability, any volume pricing, packaging or personalisation work, sample arrangements, shipping destinations and delivery timing depend on the proposed order. A product listing or an example mix is not confirmation of those details.

For an ordinary catalogue purchase, use the current product listing and final checkout total. Do not assume retail promotions combine with a quoted team order or that discounts preserve shipping eligibility.

Make the gift easy to use

A useful team gift fits the person receiving it. Confirm technical requirements for work tools, keep optional accessories optional, and include a clear setup reference where one is needed.

Prepare a shared-shortcut handover sheet, compare gifts without account setup, or plan a small conference kit.
